Divergent Thinking is an education provider that specializes in corporate training to promote neurodiversity, equity, and inclusivity in the workplace. Our team was commissioned to create marketing materials and a four video series for an online course as part of their offerings to businesses. To achieve this, we spent several days filming in a staged location in Auckland, with the aim of capturing footage that would highlight the importance of Divergent Thinking's mission. Our goal was to create engaging and informative content that would provide businesses with the tools they need to build a more diverse and inclusive workplace. By showcasing the benefits of embracing different perspectives and fostering an environment of equity, we hoped to inspire business leaders to invest in the professional development of their employees and promote a culture of inclusivity. Through this project, we sought to help organizations cultivate a more diverse and dynamic workforce, leading to improved performance and greater success.
